A: See artwork guidelines to ensure you send a good file. Wall Shotz will check the basics for free. (size & resolution) If we see something really wrong, we'll let you know.
Q: How do I install my Wall Shotz product?

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my Wall Shot?
A: Most orders ship within 3 business days from receipt of order. Higher quantities and custom orders may take longer.
Q: Does turnaround time include shipping time?
A: No. It is from the date your order was received to the date that your order ships.
Q: Where does Wall Shotz ship?
A: US only.
Q: What kind of payment types does Wall Shotz take?
A: Credit Cards: Visa and Master Card
Q: How do I upload my own photo to create a Wall Shot?
A: You can upload your photo during the Place an Order process on our website. Click the "Place an Order" text bar at the top of the page. You can click the browse button and you'll be able to navigate through your computer and choose your photo by clicking on it. Be sure to double check that your photo or artwork meets the requirements in the artwork guidelines. Click here for the artwork guidelines.
